Better requires process, discipline and simplification

You’ll be part of the Global Work Force Management team that is responsible for operational workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning and effective scheduling balancing between business needs, labor law and WU employees satisfaction. You will also focus on delivering great customer experience and ensuring long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.

 

We need you to have experience within a Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting environment, advanced experience in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. Also, you will need to have strong problem solving and analytical skills, high attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, strong interpersonal and communication skills. We expect, that your strength is to multitask in a structured, fast - paced, deadline-oriented and demanding environment with minimal supervision.If you have experience with Avaya CMS, NICE IEX or other Workforce management tools that would be treated as an advantage.
