We’re seeking an IVR Testing Specialist to join our GO IVR Team, based in our Quezon City office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing both manual and automated testing for our Global Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform. Your role will include building and executing test cases, developing process mapping and documentation while working closely with the GO Tools & Systems teams, technology and business partners across and beyond the organization to ensure that a flawless solution is delivered. Your role will involve a high level of communication and engagement with all areas of the business to assist in the implementation of solutions in line with key business objectives and drivers.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Actively contribute to regular problem solving and agile story creation Sessions
  • Lead, coordinate, or participate in assigned minor projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review / audit.
  • Create business process flows, conduct root cause analysis, develops/performs system testing, and analyzes solutions.
  • Plan, manage and monitor minor process projects from conceptualization through implementation.
  • Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports e.g. status reports, risk assessment reports and other management reports.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with relevant work experience in an operations or call center environment
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
  • Driven to perform in UAT and functional training disciplines
  • High attention to details and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • High regard for team unity and working in a team, with great personality and behaviour
  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS office applications
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, manage priorities even with constraints and challenges
  • Proactive in planning and coordinating
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City on US hours
