Transfer Pricing Manager – Denver, CO

We’ll be looking to you to prepare the CbC report each year, which will include analyzing the results and monitor legislative updates for the CBC master file.   You will draft an annual Master file that describes worldwide business by segment and how it operates throughout the world.  You’ll review transfer pricing reconciliations prepared by the team and financial statements for each entity.  You will draft more complex local files, which describe the business in each country and perform benchmark studies to measure comparable transactions.  You’ll coordinate with the international tax compliance team in the delivery of the tax compliance requirements.

For such a critical role, you will have 7+ years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within public accounting.  You will have obtained your master’s degree in tax or J.D/L.L.M degree with a focus in tax, economics is a plus.  You will have proven ability to manage multiple projects and ability to prioritize the work.  You’ll effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, other departments and external advisors, financial auditors and tax authorities.  You will have transfer pricing experience drafting documentation studies.
