We’re seeking a Territory Sales Executive for Northern Spain. In this role as Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the business in your region by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents


*As this role covers Northern Spain, residence within the nearby areas will be considered an advantage

Meet/exceed sales quota/targets across the territory, through new agent acquisition and increasing same store sales.

Manage end to end sales process for Independents, including selling the complete product portfolio where/when relevant, including the whole Agent Implementation phase.

Accountable for prospecting, negotiating, signing contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, driving the activation process and training the location.

Focus on ramp up of new locations to ensure they achieve full revenue potential.

Regular visits to high performing locations and identifies and addresses issues within the current network.

Meet productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within territory and manage Agent lifecycle for all Independents in territory.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 

Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products specially in money transfer

Able to work independently and strong decision-making skills

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and listening skills

Able to gain the trust and confidence of client

Fluent in Spanish

What will make you stand out:

Previous experience in other financial services

Previous experience in use of Salesforce

Fluency in French and/ or English is an advantage
