Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your region by signing, training and activating new agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We’ll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store, managing the end to end sales process. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory. This role covers South-East London, Bournemouth and Southampton; you will need to be able to travel around these locations regularly.

We’ll need you to have experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your communication skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of business-to-business sales with independent retailers.
