Better starts and ends with the customer 

As Client Group Manager you will be managing a team of Client Relationship Managers. This team is responsible for selling the Western Union Business Solutions product portfolio. You will be leading this team by example and be responsible for their recruitment, training, development, motivation and coaching. To achieve revenue and retention targets, you will engage with financial professionals within commercial businesses to understand their business payments needs and develop relevant proposals. You will take ownership of your individual portfolio and retention of its clients.


You will need to have gained previous management experience within a business-to-business sales environment. A background in financial markets, and experience in foreign exchange or payments highly desirable, but not essential. Business fluency in both Czech and English language required. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
