Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be responsible for ensuring a high quality and productivity for their respective teams. You will also aid the Senior Team Leader/Manager in the department strategies, goals and initiatives You are expected to be a role model and set an example for the team, as well as provide training and mentoring/coaching for their direct reports. You will act as liaison within the compliance organizations, other departments and trough out the ROCs. You will be responsible for ensuring a successful resolution for customer complaints. In addition, he/she is empowered to make critical business decisions that may impact the operation, the customer and improve Agent satisfaction.


For such a role, you will have minimum of two years supervisory experience with multiple direct reports, in the shared service Industry. You will have a solid experience in providing constructive feedback to direct reports.  If you have worked in Anti Money Laundering or compliance before this would be a bonus.
