We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Vilnius Office. In this position, you will deliver a comprehensive recruiting service across the business. Working closely with functional managers and HR team, your main responsibility will be ensuring that only the best talent is brought in to the business.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop and implement the overall staffing and recruitment programs
  • Establish the different requirements, formulate policies and organize recruitment and selection either internally or through external channels
  • Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment techniques
  • Prepare reports on candidates for final decisions to be taken at a more senior level

What you will need to succeed:

  • BA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business
  • Experience in recruitment within a consultancy or in-house
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and interviewing skills
  • Good assessment skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills, customer service, and strong business acumen
