Relentless pursuit of better

You’ll be owning the end-to-end processes in relation to Western Union’s Agent Commission for the entire Company. You will steer and develop a team in order to ensure they flawlessly execution the targets they have been set. Your team will build agent business cases as you manage different agent bonus schemes and prepare end of month reports. You will be seen as a finance partner to the business on various agent compensation matters and ensure there is an understanding and aligned with Internal policies & processes. You’ll collaborate with other departments to drive projects and initiatives within the organization, such as using technology wherever possible to find efficiencies and savings.

 

For this role, we require you to have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field. You’ll have to have a good understanding of treasury flows, investments alternatives, interest rates changes, cash flows monitoring, daily cash position by bank monitoring Argentina and regional operations. Must have experience in presenting financial data and negotiations with banks or financial institutions.
