Better starts and ends with the customer

We will be looking to you to ensure the efficient delivery of high quality and responsive client services to Internal and External Clients in relation to pre- and post-transaction query handling, in accordance with SLA’s and KPI’s, which drive Customer satisfaction and retention. This role is accountable for leading, developing and motivating a team to deliver consistent high performance and a seamless Client Experience. This may include both on-site and remote team management.


For this role, you will need to have gained experience in managing high quality, responsive client services within an operational, high volume, SLA driven service delivery environment. You’ll need to be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and have the communications skills to influence and motivate them. You will have an eye for detail and are skilled in analyzing, implementing and driving improvements in systems, processes and practices to improve efficiency and enhance the Client/Customer experience.
