We are currently seeking a Sr. Specialist, Reporting & Analysis to be based out of our Regional Operations Center in Santa Ana, Costa Rica. 

This role requires skills in identification of market data, monitoring developments and innovations, data management, relationship building & authoring clear communications/presentations.

  • Serving as subject matter expert and tactical support partner with key stakeholders in areas of industry data, global migration and economic data
  • Leveraging syndicated data gathering tools and dissemination of information provided by the tools
  • Educating stakeholders on availability of syndicated data, tools and capabilities
  • Recurring data harvesting from central bank, macroeconomic and geopolitical sources for use at corporate, regional and country levels
  • Generating regular relevant market and competitive data to drive development of findings to equip senior management with the insight necessary for operational agility and sound decision making
  • Partnering with peers on the External Intelligence team to support enterprise initiatives, training stakeholders on the available data tools and capabilities
  • Providing data to corporate support teams, providing relevant analysis, information and insight via electronic interaction
What you will need to succeed:
  • 2 + years market research or competitive intelligence activities
  • 2 + years using market, government and research data in an analyst, planning, or product management function with demonstrated ability to research specific topics and deliver insights that answer or address specific business or customer questions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Ability to source syndicated or government research, existing internal research, knowledge of industry trends, etc. in order to assist stakeholders in creating a full picture of the market environment
  • Ability to understand the key variables that drive a business case, and work cross-functionally with internal partners to build accurate analysis for use by regional or corporate leadership
