We're seeking a Sr. Specialist Accounting, based in our Paseo de la Reforma, Ciudad de Mexico office

You will:
  • Prepare standard and specialized financial reporting.
  • Consolidate Financial Statements and prepare notes for statutory reports (FS).
  • Prepare monthly and Annual Tax Returns.
  • Calculate monthly taxes (corporate and local).
  • Elaborate the fiscal Opinion or DISIF to be released to SAT.
  • Coordinate external and internal audit revisions.   
  • Supervise intercompany agreements and prepare transfer pricing reports.
  • Review Black Line reconciliations and report Risk and Opportunities.
  • Recover VAT in Favor (Monthly)/ VAT refunds request.
  • Supervise and control Accounts Payable process and T&E reports.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years of Accounting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Excel intermediate: ability to work with databases
  • Word, Power Point and Outlook: intermediate
