Specialist, KYC Accreditation (Polish Speaker) – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll support the Accreditation Team to undertake a review for client accounts, ensuring that they are meeting Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence information.  We’ll look to you to contact internal clients to reach out to the end customer in order to obtain information ensuring it aligns with global policies and regional regulatory requirements. You’ll identify, investigate and report on suspicious activity on accounts, and deal with requests around payment, holding balances and customer issues.

 

We’ll be looking for you to hold a university degree, computer science, engineering or accounting are desirable. For such a role, you'll need to have experience with application support, Excel Macro, and basic SQL skills. Your role will be requiring strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Just as important as the technical skills, the role requires a team player, who has outstanding interpersonal skills that will allow you to articulate ideas. It is mandatory for the candidate to speak Polish.

It must for a candidate to have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Annual base salary gross: 13,689- 23,467 Eur
 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
