We’re seeking a Know Your Agent (KYA) Specialist, to join our Compliance Operations team based in our Taguig, McKinley office. In this role, you will ensure that the Western Union (WU) Master Agents understand what due diligence documents are and how they can provide them to WU.

 

You are responsible in gathering data and supporting documents of clients from a range of independent data sources. And, you will ensure all required AML and KYA Regulatory requirements for existing clients are in place and are being met.

  • Create and analyze reports to determine past, current and possible future trends and recommend quality improvement opportunities.
  • Administer, control and analyze operations budgets
  • Clearly and accurately follow-up on data collection
 
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least one to two years of relevant work experience ideally within Banking, Financial Services, Accounting or Law
  • General understanding of KYC, AML Compliance activities
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong documentation, organizational and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Excel and other MS office applications
  • Comfortable to spend large amount of time on the phone in each work day
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
