Better starts and ends with the customer

In this maternity contract role (12 months) you will be providing the first line of contact for customers, responding to post-payment queries and targeting real-time resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs and quality standards. You will also be liaising with internal departments and are expected to proactively build relationships and complete reporting as required. You will be adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent customer service experience to Western Union’s corporate clients.


For this role, you will need experience in a busy team in a client services function. You will come with passion for excellence in customer service and customer management along with proven track record for embedding this passion in team culture. You will have excellent communication and listening skills with ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels. You will bring to the table effective time management skills and solid computer skills with ability to use MS outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet.
