Agent Compliance Specialist – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You will conduct Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance checks on active Western Union agents. Also, you will assist identifying areas of improvements in agents AML programs and providing training to these agents over the phone. You will then be reviewing controls that they have put in place to make sure they are working to the correct procedures. With your continuous feedback you will assist in providing improvement to our compliance processes at Western Union. 


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • You will have University degree or equivalent
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Be analytically minded and can problem-solve
  • You will have strong decision-making skills and sense of responsibility
  • Be customer oriented in your approach and proactive in mentality
  • Have the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing processes
  • Fluency in English and German or Italian
