Specialist, Accreditation (Afternoon shift) – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be fully trained to support our operations by investigating and analyzing new or already existing customer accounts in order to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation and policies. After gathering all required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursuit or to terminate business relationship with them. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment.

 

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

·       1-3 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering or relevant field

·       Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English

·       Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal

·       Ability to use analytical skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions

·       Capability to work and prioritize effectively under stress, time management skills

Annual base salary gross: 13,527 – 23,189 EUR

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include short term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
