We're seeking a Specialist in Reporting & Analysis to join the U.S. Product Team, based in our Paseo de la Reforma, Ciudad de Mexico office

You will:
  • Lead, coordinate, and participate in assigned reporting projects.
  • Research and analyze exchange rates, identifying trends used to make recommendations to Sr. Management.
  • Design, test, and document solutions to pricing problems.
  • Analyze data to report business performance, identifying potential causal factors.
  • Create and manage processes to improve customer experience and brand performance.
  • Help grow market share for our services in key corridors.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, (finance, economics, engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills: ability to extract data from databases and analyze it effectively and efficiently.
  • Intermediate Power Point skills: translate data into actionable conclusions for executive presentations.
  • English level: B2 (75%) minimum.
  • Discipline in documenting information for audit purposes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to reach out to cross-functional partners to understand issues, find solutions, etc.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to identify the root cause of complex issues
  • Detail orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
