Software Tester – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role, you will be a part of Western Union User Acceptance Testing team who works on strategic initiatives in ensuring alignment, by validating customer’s user experience and ensuring that created software solution matches business requirements. In addition, as a Software Tester, you will be preparing and executing test cases, working with developers and product owners in an Agile team.


In this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in IT field and at least one year of related experience. Moreover, proven competence in IT or UAT is required, alongside with strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and decision-making ability. For this role, it is important that your English skills are fluent, and you can prioritize among many tasks while working with high accuracy and attention to detail. Any experience working within an Agile framework (such as SAFe) or experience with Test Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber) is an advantage.

Annual base salary gross:  17,043 - 29,217 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
