We’re seeking a Senior Territory Sales Executive based in Northern Germany (working from home). In this role as Senior Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the business in your region (North Germany) – together with your team -  by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents.

  • Manage, motivate, coach and mentor Territory Sales Executives within the team to achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Assist with the implementation and management of individual and team goals in line with regional targets set by the Territory Sales Manager;
  • Meet and exceed sales quota or targets across the territory, through new agent acquisition and ongoing management of existing accounts within territory and increasing same store sales;
  • Manage end to end sales process for Independents, including selling the complete product portfolio where and when relevant, including the whole Agent Implementation phase;
  • Accountable for prospecting, negotiating, signing contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, and driving the activation process and training the location;
  • Meet productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within territory and manage Agent lifecycle for all Independents in territory.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous relevant experience from a sales role with a proven track record in exceeding objectives;
  • Good knowledge of products and agents industry/market, and good business and financial understanding;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills;
  • Able to gain the trust and confidence of clients;
  • Comfortable in handling multiple assignment with proven capability to identify and accomplish priorities in order of importance.
