You will be able to create sound, high availability technical solutions working with SMEs and Architects including prototyping and creating clear representations of the solutions.  Maintaining stability, performance and security of the solution while focusing on innovation to ensure solution is evolving with technology and market trends will make you successful.  You will partner with Product, Business and Operations teams, as well as other IT teams (internal and external) to develop solutions focusing on changes in technology area and major architecture changes within portfolio.  You will interact with development teams for a portfolio, leveraging an off-shore/on-shore resource model while utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies

To shine in this role you will have a BS in Computer Science or related fields with 10+ years of professional experience or MS with 8+ years of experience.  You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and sound judgement skills.  You will have deep knowledge and experience in application architecture including Databases, Application hosting, Cloud (AWS preferable), and fully understand technical concepts of building enterprise application platform using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, modern HTML5/JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), SQL/No SQL databases and their use in cloud.   Experience with NodeJS/.NET knowledge and using peripheral devices on POS is a plus.  In addition you will have a good understanding of the processes and tools used in automated as well as manual deployments (Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible Rundeck).  Comfortable using agile tools (Confluence, JIRA) and solution representation tools (Visio, Lucid Charts) is essential.  Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus.
