We’re seeking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator, based in San Francisco, California office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, User Administration, Sales Force Production Releases, Environment Management and support of the systems environment. Monitors systems responds to problems and plans for growth. Provides in depth systems analysis. This is a hybrid role with 75% Sales Force Admin function and 25% ability to work as Salesforce Developer, which means hands-on experience developing SOQL, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Page, API Integration and managing certificates are required as well.

  • Must have hands-on experience creating Salesforce Work flow model.
  • Experience in supporting, designing, Releasing and developing Salesforce.com in a large enterprise environment required.
  • Experience in salesforce releases and sandbox maintenance and managing the certificates
  • Gather data on and generate picture of idealized business process flows/data flows for business users while maximizing the user of the Force.com platform capabilities

What you will need to succeed:

  • Candidate must have 5+ years of related IT experience
  • 3 years of Sales Force Administration experience is required.
  • Western Union Business Solutions Sr. Sales Force Administrator is responsible for maintaining both a customer facing and existing internal Operations Users Salesforce Orgs, ongoing reliability, deployment, performance and support of the Salesforce environment.  
  • Monitors systems responds to problems and plans for growth and Provides in depth systems analysis.
  • Responsible for coordinating release between onsite and offshore development, analysis, architects and business teams.
  • Should be familiar with environment refresh, coding standards, profiles, permissions, Change Sets, User Administration using Various Roles and Responsibilities. 
  • Must be fully familiar and experienced doing Sales Force Dot Com production releases with complete technical know-how to package code from dev, QA, UAT, Demo and Prod environments.

What will make you stand out:

  • Knowledge of Sales Force Lightening, Apigee, Lightening Connect, Shield are a plus.
  • Experience doing knowledge articles.
  • Full Exposure to Service Cloud, Communities required. Hands-on experience dealing with CI/CD pipeline using GitLab using Jenkins is required
  • Must have hands-on experience creating Sales Force Dot Com Work flow
  • model, gather data on and generate picture of idealized business process flows/data flows for business users while maximizing the user of the Force.com platform capabilities
  • Understanding of Items such as translations, lists of values, workflows, and system settings that are critical to a functioning application
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Systems Integration with Other Enterprise Systems.is critical including Certificate Configuration, Troubleshooting
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using SCM, Unit Test Cases, Coding and Deployment using SCM tools like GitLab, Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Systems Integration with Other Enterprise Systems.is critical including Certificate Configuration, Troubleshooting
