Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role you will have content authority for the program backlog of a Care platform value stream. Your main responsibility will be identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, and guiding the work through the delivery pipeline. In this role you will also be responsible for specific platforms, which help to manage client interactions, ensuring proper decision-making mediums. You are expected to drive the design and delivery of the work with the agile delivery teams. You will work closely with the Product Solution Management team who will bring the voice of the customer to the agile delivery teams and the voice of agile delivery teams to the customer.


For such a detail-driven role, you will have 8-10 years of previous experience working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile environment. Preference will be to have your degree of master’s in computer science, engineering or Finance. You will bring to the table in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. You will be outstanding communicator who will have excellent presentation and leadership skills.
