Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll look to you to provide support for the Dealing team to maximize their time to focus on customer contact and revenue generation. You’ll be accountable for first line controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and manage the daily audit reports over the dealers limited and negative revenue, and forwards booked.  You’ll sample check transactions and provide daily rate updates and identify opportunities for future revenue. You will cover for your team leader as required in a variety of tasks.


For this role, you must have excellent relationship building skills with an analytical mindset. You’ll have the ability to lead by example that allows you to stand out in a crowd. You’ll need to excel at multitasking and can work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and be comfortable at delivering results independently. Experience in financial services beneficial, but not required. You need to be business proficient in both English and Czech language (written and spoken).
