Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll look to you to bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. You will work closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams, and customer support teams to understand customer desires and design effective solutions to exceed our customers’ expectations.  You’ll ensure that our mobile app and web platform has best in class analytics implementation and seek to consistently evolve to help teams make better decisions.  You will establish policies, practices and standards for measuring product and business performance.


For success in this detail-oriented role, you will have at least 8 years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance experience of which at least 2 years will include digital projects experience.  You will have obtained your bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related degree.  You will show a deep understanding of analytic tools and social channels.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive project development.  You are passionate about understanding the customer perspective and driven by data.  You’ll have demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
