Senior ITSM / Change / Configuration Analyst – Denver, CO

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to handle Change Management process duties as delegated by process managers including but not limited to chairing change advisory board, conducting post implementation reviews, conducting process training classes, etc. You will work with process managers to address process performance issues and reporting needs as well as with other departments (i.e. process submitters) to ensure understanding of process activities and to assist in process flow including, documentation, routing, approvals, risk assessment, record linking, and editing where necessary. You may be participating in audit/compliance review activities representing key procedures and processes specifics. You’ll maintain library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for change, release, incident, and request fulfillment processes, and will be supporting these ITSM processes.

 

We need you to have a technology-based background in service desks, networking, servers, enterprise computing architecture ITSM & IT problem management. You will have solid understanding of ITSM / ITIL, with deep working knowledge of the IT change management processes Reporting & Metrics. You will use your ability in analyzing data within ITSM tools. You will be working with large ITSM tools creating 50K+ records per month, identifying trends, improvement areas, and educational activities
