Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to oversee the planning, designing and executing our internal audit activities. You will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls, assisting in the definition, design, and execution of internal financial, technology and operational audits, report on these findings to senior management with your recommendations. You will work closely with senior members of the audit team to evaluate the business risk and our regulatory objectives and assist in developing the audit plan. You will also perform audits and from your findings, you will collaborate with different business partners to establish remedial actions from the issues you have identified.


For such a detail-oriented role, we require you to have 8-10 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field either within a financial services company or an accounting firm. Being a qualified accountant or qualified IT auditor in ACA, CPA or equivalent would be an asset with CISA. You must have exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on business risk. The role requires a team player, therefore a good ability to work with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders is vital. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
