Senior Income Tax Specialist – Denver, CO

Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to prepare all tax compliance for complex separate company federal and state income tax filings that include quarterly estimates, extensions and tax returns. You will assist with review of less complicated separate company filings.  You’ll be tasked with preparing annual tax provision workpapers for complex entities that include tax basis balance sheets.  You will prepare monthly tax account reconciliations and assist with quarterly intercompany collapse process.


For such a specialist role, you will have obtained your bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or advance degree a plus. You will have at least 2+ years of Tax Accounting specifically in US federal and state income tax return compliance for large corporations. You’ll need to be a strong communicator and savvy with Microsoft Excel. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
