We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst in Vilnius Finance team, Lithuania office.

• Responsible for financial and business analysis, cost center management and regular reporting for business teams.
• Analyzes performance trends, comparisons to budget, and expense run rates to assess business risks or opportunities. 
• Provides consistent budget updates and performance explanations to cost center and business owners.
• Updates business models to prepare routine business cases. 
• Develops reports by accessing information from various financial systems and company databases to build insights into business performance. 
• Leads the preparation of operating plans and forecast for areas of focus in alignment with the business teams.

What you will need to succeed: 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 4-6 years hands on experience in Finance within ideally a multinational company. 
• Fluency in English language, both verbal and written.
• You are detail oriented and have the ability to self-prioritize requests while delivering results in a timely manner.
• You have excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business partnership skills and an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across local and global teams round off your profile.
