Senior Territory Sales Executive – Working-from-home position, covering Germany and other Central European Countries

Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to be based in Poland to actively drive sales within Germany (and other countries, as assigned) through managing a sales team, and your individual sales contribution. You will lead and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to expand Western Union’s Agent Network in Germany and Central Europe. You will be signing, training and activating new Western Union locations and managing relationships with existing agents. You will autonomously execute the full Agent Lifecycle within your territory through your own agents, but also support the team in a variety of team-leading responsibilities.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous team management experience in Sales with a proven track record of successfully delivering targets. With strong interpersonal skills, you negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and you will build trust and confidence with them. We expect you to speak both German and English to business level. This is a work-from-home contract, you will be living in Poland covering mainly Germany, and other jurisdictions, as assigned by the company and reasonable for you.

You need to have a valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to Germany on a regular basis, including overnight travel and travel at short notice.
