Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to do Vendor Management for managing relationships with landlords, lease management, store renovations, working with IT resource for printers, internets etc. You will be mainly supporting Western Union retail operations for daily cash collection oversight, managing drivers, managing ad-hoc requests. You will also be responsible for managing 21 retail stores on Western Union POS-related matters that is errors and subsequent escalation and problem solving. You will be liaising on store operational matters like aircon servicing, store maintenance as requested by landlords. You will be planning for regular training sessions for Front Line Associates, to keep them updated on latest operational items. You will be regularly visiting retail locations to take feedback and do fault-findings as required. You will also be responsible for account management of agent network and account set up & training for new accounts. You will also be taking care of ad-hoc matters and projects like handling transactional related issues and acting as point of contact between Western Union and agents / retail locations.

  • English required, written and verbal
  • This role being retail-centric you will be required to be responsive even on weekends.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, and deadline-driven environment
  • Communication and customer service skills
