Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be playing a key role in the Client Services department by supporting your team and team leader by taking ownership of escalations, attending client visits on quarterly basis and covering during team leader’s absence. As a team you are responsible for pre- and post-payment queries from internal and external customers. You will be adhering to not only agreed SLAs and quality standards, but also to compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent experience to Western Union’s corporate clients. This is a FTC ending 28th February 2020. 

 

For this role, you will need experience in a busy team in a client services function. You will come with passion for excellence in customer service and customer management along with proven track record for embedding this passion in team culture. You will have excellent communication and listening skills with ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels. You will bring to the table effective time management skills and solid computer skills with ability to use MS outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet.
