Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll look to you to Identify and evaluate new technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems. You will plan, design, document, and engineer telephony solutions for projects. You will recommend optimal enterprise communication systems solution to meet business needs. You will be performing on-call and working on telephony tickets.

 

We need you to have 8+ years of experience in designing or administrating call center environment with demonstrated in-depth Avaya mastery. You will have previous experience working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment with strong background in call center engineering and architecture. You will use your extensive knowledge of call center environment and routing with specific knowledge and experience with Avaya call center applications and routing. You will have hands on experience in nice call recording software and understanding in basic networking (Cisco), firewalls, server (Windows), VMWare, SAN (NetApp)etc.,
