Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As Senior Automation Developer, you are going to deliver complex process automations that fulfill highest quality standards and make intelligent use of suitable technical tools and solutions. You will be looking for opportunities to expand and improve our development standards and quality criteria. You are going to be a crucial resource in the training and coaching of Junior Automation Developers and Automation Developers and ensure a common level of knowledge and adherence to our standards.

You will support the constant refinement of our team’s technical skillset by testing new tools and technologies and help to evaluate their suitability for our needs.

For this role, you will need to have 1 to 3 years of experience with RPA software like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere and built a proven track record of several successful process automations. You have demonstrated the ability to develop robust, reusable solutions and expand your team’s skillset. You have proven yourself as a team-player who is able to comprehensively document and explain ideas and solutions to others and anticipate how you can help them to succeed. Ideally, you will have knowledge of programming languages like C#, VBA and integrating web services using REST or SOAP through practical experience and/or your educational background. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
