Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for client set-up and configuration. You will build client accounts on our bespoke systems to allow Go To Market (front office) teams get the transactions and revenue required to help meet our targets. You will also be the first point of contact for our clients who are having online issues, and you will be fully trained to deal with most of the problems clients face with our systems. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining all existing client records and making changes to keep things as up-to-date as possible.
