We’re seeking a Senior Application Developer FLEXCUBE specialist, based in our Vienna office. 
In this role, you will be in charge of providing support and maintenance of Western Union’s Core Banking Application ORACLE FLEXCUBE, with special focus on Payments and Teller functionality.

The introduction of SEPA Instant capability is a game changer for the automated payments processes for WUIB and the technological framework.

• Responsible for the efficient, cost effective and high quality delivery of IT Architecture and Application services in relation to the Core Banking Application FLEXCUBE 
• Planning and design of the overall architecture to guarantee stability and scalability of the processes in relation to the SEPA Instant Capability. 
• Responsible for designing, coding, testing and analyzing application software. 
• Supports existing business systems applications with focus on AIX system landscape and Oracle DB. 
• May be required to develop codes as and when required to enhance or resolve issues with business systems

What you will need to succeed:

• Core Banking Application FLEXCUBE 11+ experience
• Deep experience in SQL coding / IT application planning
• 7+ programming languages
• Oracle DB knowledge
• Oracle Weblogic Server
• Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2013 R2
• PL/SQL, SQL, C#/C++, Java, Jbuilder, Perl, Visual Basic
