We'll be looking to you to support the consumer protection governance program by gathering and preparing meeting material and assisting with presentation of information during the meetings.  You'll coordinate the review and approvals of consumer protection related policies and procedures both internally and cross functionally.  You will review agents and clients to assess their exposure for consumer protection related risks.  You'll review and analyze consumer complaint data to identify consumer protection related trends and issues.


Your great attention to detail, organization and self-starting are key personality traits that will help you succeed in this position.  You will have the ability to communicate concisely and effectively both orally and in writing.  You'll possess a strong ability to build cooperative working relationships with internal business partners and demonstrate an advanced understanding of the company’s operational and compliance processes.  You will possess well-developed interpersonal skills and poise needed to work with and present information to senior leaders.  You'll have experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations as well as trends and issues.
