Better requires maintaining and enhancing Security Operations situational awareness

Reporting to the CISO, you will oversee a team of 5-15 and provide leadership to the Security Operations Center, which operates as a 24/7 information fusion and response center. You will establish and monitor performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of the SOC while developing and implementing processes, procedures, and best practices to maintain/enhance SOC situational awareness, incident response protocols, notification of appropriate personnel, and incident response documentation. You will also, provide timely and accurate information on emerging threats, risks, and security incidents to the CISO so informed decisions can be made to protect company personnel, assets, reputation and business operations


Your responsibilities will include understanding the landscape of internal/external cybersecurity threats and appropriate response methodologies, providing guidance to IT teams to remediate deficiencies identified through risk assessments and vulnerability scans. You will also serve as a mentor, coach, and facilitator to develop a world-class cyber threat intelligence analysis team.


For this pivotal role, we require that you have a Bachelor/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin, or equivalent, 7+ years of management experience with global teams and increasing responsibility and 5+ years’ experience identifying and remediating information security risks in a complex environment.
