Sales Operations Leader – Hammersmith or Moorgate, Central London

Better requires process, discipline and simplification

You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales organisation globally. By creating high-level strategic partnerships across multiple locations and functions, you will embed strong governance, performance processes, and drive the sales program implementation and optimisation. You’ll liaise with leadership teams to enhance our sales functions’ objective of building strong business process discipline, clear cross-functional alignment and implement continual improvement in the end-to end customer and colleague journey across the Foreign Exchange space. You’ll work with regional Sales Management to ensure correct adoption of the sales process, practices, and reporting systems. You’ll also assist the enforcement of Salesforce effectiveness via sales performance management, training, and ongoing governance.

 

We need to you have significant experience of both GTM management and business-to-business sales planning and performance management, including robust forecasting and pipeline management cadence. You have a passion for the development and delivery of strategies to drive improvements in sales performance and supporting business growth. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
