Better requires process discipline and simplification.

We’ll be looking for you to maintain or create automated data and reporting tools for various areas of the business. These reports will analyze the business processes and in collaboration with our IT team, you will design, extract, transform and load documents, SQL queries, and procedures. Additionally, you will gather and evaluate data from various sources to support our existing automated processes. Your role is vital in solving day-to-day issues that arise and the need to provide a timely solution.


We’ll need you to have good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation;  be able to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches as well as work well with vague requirements. To be successful in this role you will also need to have a good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and relational databases together with some experience of Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools. Basic knowledge of programming languages would be considered as an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: €17,043.80 – 29,217.57 EUR. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
