We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. A member of the Global Operations Implementations team will support the team’s mission of driving solutions to innovate and standardize operational processes, improve customer experience, and deliver global initiatives to fuel business growth through revenue and efficiency solutions.

This role is required to support the development and execution of operations user acceptance test (UAT) scripts for all functionality that directly impacts the operations back office and mid office organizations within the Payments Division. Quality Assurance Analyst will leverage the knowledge of business processes and systems to ensure the delivery of quality software applications and serve as a subject matter expert for the Global Operations team.

A member of the team should use gained experience to properly test any changes, complete all project-related tasks, regularly update project stakeholders on the status of testing and support the successful delivery of any assigned initiatives at launch ensuring that defects are tracked and fixed in a timely manner.

Analyze functional specifications and business requirements documents and translate requirements into a testing plan

Build test scripts and list test scenarios for oneself as well as other team members

Use the full range of WUBS Front-end and Back-end systems to execute test scenarios

Validate the end-to-end order flow and its alignment to Operational processes, system performance requirements, anticipated user needs and other functional and non-functional requirements, which are explicitly stated or implied in the requirement documentation

Engage with stakeholders from IT, PMO, Accounting and Operations organizations

Perform monthly regression testing process

Track and report on progress. Register identified defects and drive them towards resolution

Share the knowledge and provide trainings to the other team members

Work on other assigned initiatives, aimed at improving internal processes within UAT team


What you will need to succeed:

2 years of experience in WUBS Back-office operations or in a UAT/QA position

4 years college degree in one of the following areas: Business, Computer science, Social science.

Good analytical skills.

Experience of working with projects and organizing work in a deadline-driven environment
