We’re seeking a Project Coordinator for Operations, based in our Sydney, Australia office. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating sub - elements and / or workstreams of large global strategic initiatives and, in some instances, leading the delivery of Operational-led strategic initiatives. You will look after directing Operational staff as well as coordinating across Middle, Back, and Global Operations functions to ensure successful execution

  • Design and build detailed project plans that define scope, goals and deliverables
  • Represent global operations teams in discussions with I.T, Product and other project teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, process gaps, and operational needs.
  • Develop and deliver regular status and management reporting on global strategic and optimization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise regarding WUBS operational processes and technologies
  • Effectively and independently engage with and influence stakeholders within Operations and across the organization.
  • Use subject matter expertise to develop tools, analyses and educational materials to encourage action towards optimization effort.
 
What you will need to succeed:
  • Proven track record in collaborating with global cross-functional team (cross multiple locations & time zones)
  • Strong communication skills required to comfortably deal with, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to be confident in decision-making
  • Proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
