Our digital agenda requires the cooperation of cross-functional teams to align the smooth and timely delivery of business needs. You will be responsible for product management and delivery for digital channels. You will hire, train, coach and grow digital product management team, driving continuous digital product and customer experience improvement as well as best practice sharing. You will drive implementation of appropriate strategic product initiatives to advance Western Union’s growth in the digital space as per Key objectives, Key results and regular insight from Voice of Customer. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to the Agile methodology within the team. Your role will involve providing valuable inputs to the overall strategy of the group along with voicing concerns and providing support openly and honestly.


For this role, you will need significant e-commerce or digital experience in international matrix organizations, in sectors such as banking, financial services or IT. You are skilled at articulating ideas and influencing execution along with being a good listener, an awesome collaborator and a great leader with an enterprise mindset. You have a track record of launching successful digital consumer products along with the ability to understand new technologies and their relevance to consumers. Preferably, you will have a bachelor’s degree together with 15 plus years of product management experience, including 5 plus years of consumer web or mobile product experience and 8 plus years of product leadership experience. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
