In this role, you will be leading the team that delivers product initiatives in support of Western Union's business development growth objectives. You will be collaborating with our supplier of the Amerigo platform. You will be taking the lead on hiring, team building, coaching and mentoring your team of Product Managers/Owners to define and document product functional and technical requirements. You will also support the relationship with external vendors in order to get best value for WU and participate in negotiating the contracts and amendments.

 

To truly understand this role, you need to bring deep and progressive experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms, as well as experience in successfully leading a product team. You need a good understanding of Web/Mobile User Experience and a positive attitude to “rolling-up sleeves”. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. A degree in Computer Science and an MBA would be an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: G-B: 53,480  – 105,373 EUR

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
