The WU Foundation is a 501(c)3 that believes education is one of the surest pathways to economic opportunity. In collaboration with non-profit organizations around the world, the Foundation connects people to the global economy through demand-driven skills training, as well as workforce enablement and scholarship programs, particularly for forcibly displaced and marginalized youth. The Foundation also provides humanitarian relief for communities in crisis.

As the Partnerships, Programs, and Grantmaking Manager, you will utilize your industry knowledge and networks to build new partnerships. You will also be responsible for developing new and existing programs including maintain strong working relationships with non-profit partners. You will also own the grantmaking strategy to help raise the reputation of the WU Foundation and will have responsibility for impact measurement.


For such an important role, you will have 7 years of non-profit experience leading grantmaking or development.  You will have a proven track record of strategic planning and implementing programs successfully. An understanding of developments and key partners within our cause area is critical, as are strong communication and presentation skills.
