You will be responsible for managing a team of experienced salespeople, and for supporting them in their efforts to increase Western Union’s sales through financial services partners across Central Europe.  You will be coordinating all partner activities to ensure network and revenue growth and brand awareness.

 

For this role, we will need you to have extensive sales and leadership experience, as well as knowledge of the Central Europe region from a business development perspective. You need to have previous experience in either working for, or selling to, financial services institutions. Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite, and knowledge of further languages is a bonus. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
