Organizational Change Manager, Cyber Security – Denver, CO.

Better requires process discipline and simplification

This exciting role requires an appetite for learning, superior attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, navigate through ambiguity, great organizational skills, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.  You will build strategies and drive the execution of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to facilitate adoption for key strategic Cyber Security initiatives. You will draft and coordinate the delivery of large-scale and global internal communications. The Organizational Change Manager will also establish and baseline key adoption metrics.


For such a strategic role, you’ll have over five years of experience leading change management efforts for technology-related initiatives including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness. You will have obtained your bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Communications, HR, or similar area. You will have familiarity with organizational change management methodologies, Prosci certification preferred.
