We are seeking an Operations Manager to work in our Toronto, Ontario, office on Bay street

·       Ensure profitability by generating revenues through cost controls associated with production and service standards by serving the customer base and agency network in both the retail and digital world.

·       Responsible for ensuring service quality and support objectives consistent with strategic goals and standards.

·       Enhance service quality, ensure compliance with operating standards, and strategy to the business on same store sales growth as well as new prospects.

·       The ability to multitask and prioritize projects as needed.


What you will need to succeed:


·       Proficient in all reporting and analytic tools including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.

·       Bachelor's Degree, plus 5-7 years progressive experience, or equivalent.

·       Professional proficiency in the French language.

·       Prior experience in field vendor management, overall product operational soundness, working with KAE on developing business strategy for overall activation of prospects, new products and ventures, working on identification of business opportunities and overall day to day contact for Key accounts.
