We’re seeking a Marketing and SEO Campaign Coordinator, based in our Taguig office. In this role, your will work within the Global and Regional Marketing organizations, while reporting into the Sydney office. You will primarily perform in a regional role with colleagues throughout Asia Pacific, and will also work with teams in our US and EU Regions.


We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Marketing and SEO campaign coordinator to join our APAC digital team. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Western Union online and mobile channels, create and maintain both web content and the web content management system for websites from a SEO perspective

  • Support the APAC Digital Marketing Manager in managing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Work extensively with both internal and external state holders and build effective and strong relationships
  • Coordinate the development, design, production & copy writing of all marketing and campaign materials
  • Manage timelines and workflows, coordinating the roll out of campaign calendars
  • Prepare briefs, material instructions, dispatch of material, proofing, etc.
  • Monitor, track and report on campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in researching and building knowledge for campaigns team
  • Collaborating with your team members and colleagues throughout the Asia-Pacific and other regions around the world to support the global brand
  • Provide administration support to the wider APAC team
  • Coordinate content creation via our internal agency, maintain and troubleshoot the web Content Management System (CMS) from a search engine optimization (SEO) perspective
  • Help Marketing Managers in various markets solve SEO-content problems with the CMS
  • Support the launch of new country websites and doing SEO keyword research as well as keyword-level enhancements and run analytic reports on performance and make the required adjustments.
  • Implement rich - snippets and other technical elements into the website to enhance its search - ability
  • Implement keywords and other SEO-elements into the CMS
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with at least three years’ experience in a digital or marketing campaign role
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
  • Experience or exposure to campaign management with traditional and digital media campaigns
  • Exposure in managing SEO campaigns running analytics reports
  • Strong experience in CMS and strong knowledge in HTML
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to produce, interpret and segment data as it relates to marketing communications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent personal interaction and negotiation skills; ability to work with people at all organizational levels and from diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to prioritize workload, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills - proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a team member
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and to take a proactive approach to provide out of the box solutions
