Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll be responsible for leading a highly talented operations team. You will also focus on identifying and implementing ways in which your team can improve productivity while adhering to the highest standards of customer service excellence. Specifically, you will need to make sure that all payments continue to be delivered accurately and on time.

For this role, you will need to have experience in managing an operational team, and successfully delivering cost-saving efficiencies while doing this. You will need to be analytically minded with a good track record of analyzing the root causes of issues and identifying the right actions to correct them. You must have a real passion to provide exceptional customer service with experience of doing so in a corporate business, face to face environment. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
